Effortlessly manage and track UTM links across your organization or across multiple agency clients. Streamline UTM link generation, campaign tracking, and marketing reporting.
@jack_rhodes2 Interesting question, as an Asana and Trello user myself, I'll review how that process could work. Any other feedback on how you would like to see that process work for you?
This is absolutely brilliant. Does the tool automatically flag duplicate or inconsistent UTM structures across campaigns or is that still something we have to do manually?
@macauley_quinn Thank you! It's on the roadmap to flag duplicates and the search/filter function quickly shows which URLs and UTMs have already been added, so there should not be a lot of guess work when creating a new links.
Plus, the campaign view also lists out (grouped by utm_campaign) all the URLs using the same utm_campaign.
For the structure, the system helps with that as well, replacing spaces with underscores, auto-lowercasing, removing trailing spaces, and utm_medium recommendation dropdown based on Goolge's best practices. And you have a chance to see your full link with UTMs in the live-preview before saving.
There is also a "quick copy" for ad platform/channel dynamic values for Google, Reddit, Meta, and Reddit. For example, {campaignid}.
The intent is to help you build consistent UTMs, across multiple clients and channels, without being in the way.
@matthew_everett Yes, for example, if you have one URL that you need to create multiple UTM variations for, you can quickly add additional in the same view. Additionally, if you have the same URL build each time, you can create a template.
@maddox_latimer Thanks for the question. Yes, governance is going to be the focus for the next update. I'm using it in-house with a team of marketers currently and I'm working on providing more "guard rails" to help with this exact question.
For marketing teams and agencies struggling to maintain consistency and track UTM links effectively, this tool offers a centralized solution to simplify the entire process, leading to better campaign insights and reporting.

Can this integrate with project management tools like Asana or Trello so teams can link UTMs directly to their campaign tasks?

Do I need to link Google Analytics to use this, or can it function on its own?

@tyler_byron Great question. Functions on its own, use any analytics platform of your choice for reporting.

Open to feedback and feature recommendations.
Impressive. Is there a way to create and apply UTM presets for different channels or clients to speed things up?

@finn_archer Yes! You can create Templates for each. And you can have unlimited Teams (a Team per client, for example) with their own Templates.
@jonodonovan Can you generate UTMs in bulk?

Many UTM tools focus on generation but overlook governance. How do you ensure consistency over time especially when teams change or campaigns overlap?
