With my friends @jan_alexandr_janicek and @tomas_max_janicek, we spend a long time searching for an affordable and flexible product tour service. We failed to find a product supporting our use cases, so we decided to build one ourselves. After numerous evenings and weekends, we are here to present Usetiful - affordable (free!) and flexible Product Tours.

@fred_kufner Hi Fred, sure, you can embed our script to any framework and we support single page apps.
Already now you're going places with this product. Building product tours is something that can really bring down churn as it helps the customer understand the product from the start. You can even build tours when you introduce new features in the system.
You have a good base, but one thing is worrying me, your roadmap. The focus is on a lot more than product tours, I really wish for you that you will maybe wait with some of the bigger features which hasn't so much to do with product tours, and then focus on building the best possible product tours, because if you can keep the price down and deliver an outstanding product tour, then you've definitely hit the gap in the market.

Very cool! The flexibility of being able to use something like a checklist is something that is missing from so many of these tools. Excited to dig in a little more.

After reviewing multiple tools that do fit my use cases, I had zeroed down on Usetiful because of transparent pricing and affordable as we grow. I am eagerly looking forward to new features that are planned. Last but not least - Their support is really good and quite helpful during the initial days we tried setting it up. @profiroiu_ioan We support animations - you can hook your tour steps on various events they generate. Regarding apps - yes, eventually, but we still have a homework to do with our current scope :).

@gilbert_camilleri Thanks for stopping by! :) Simple integration is possible through the Usetiful javascript. However, deeper and more comprehensive mobile tours are in plan for 2021.
