We started Upflow after realising how many companies struggle to get paid on time, and just how easy it can be to fix this if you have the right tools & processes in place. We've come a long way since the first wireframes: to date we've sent tens of thousands reminders and our users have collected close to $1B with Upflow.

User of Upflow for 1 year now ! It's crazy how it makes my life easier ! From an operational point of view, it's life changing ;) Pros: Great solution, Great UX, Great Support Team, Regular Updates / Cons: I should have discovered it earlier !!
Key tool to maintain our cash needs!
We have been looking for a tool like Upflow for quite a while now. It is key for our business to keep a close look at our cash needs on a daily basis, and automate the communication of our unpaid invoices with all our small clients. Thank you again for being so close to our team and to do such a good work since our beta testing phase. Your success is well deserved!
Upflow has given us great visibilty on our international entities thanks to their multi organization feature. Also, it has saved us 4/5 days per month on cash collection work. We highly recommend this tool

I've been using Upflow for 2 months now, We have drastically reduced our arrears thanks to them. The support team is always available and very responsive. Always ready to improve, they really take into consideration the feedback from their customers in order to understand their needs and improve their product.

Cash collection, the way it should be. We used to rely on manual processes for our cash collection (1000+ B2B customers, 2M€+ monthly bills) and recently implemented Upflow. Huuuuge decrease on the time spent on cash collection, *very* significant improvement on DSO, and no more invoice left aside. Huge kudos to the team for the quality of the product and for their reactivity during the onboarding process. In a nutshell: priceless product.
Hey @anthony_mellot ! We are natively integrated with Quickbooks, so you simply have to authenticate with your Quickbooks credentials once you created an account, then we'll fetch your customers informations with the related invoices and payments.
The sync is happening in real time and you will be able to collect your outstanding invoices right away.

We have integrated Upflow with our custom back office through their Public API: everyting is automated. Using Upflow is very smooth.

Thanks @francois_tournadre! We sincerely believe that unpaid invoices exist not because of bad payers, but because the process of paying invoices is hard.

Hey @_benfr, you can use Upflow's API to sync all entities that exist in Upflow, whether customers, contacts, invoices or payments. This allows you to have an Upflow platform that is always updated with your back-office. Then you can simply let your finance and sales teams handle the collection process. We've been using Upflow + Quickbooks for 8 months and it has been amazing for us to track receivables (we're a pure transaction model). We decreased dramatically our cash outside so just that is worth using them!
