What is your incentive behind posting/creating content in social media (if you're not a business)?

Hey Hunters, we wanted to open a discussion about "What could be improved about post authoring" in our social media favorite channels, glad if we can open the topic more broadly here, and hear your thought about it :)

For me, social media posts are like a diary I can return to later :)

@butafly Yes, exactly! This has been particularly important with my travel-related posts during the last two years :D

Currently I only post to Instagram. Sometimes I want to share some of my experiences to friends and family. Sometimes my posts have a deeper meaning for myself, i might post a poem or a thought I have. So, I guess posting is kind of a social diary for me🤔
Personal Branding and speaking with authority would come to mind for this question

@maxwellcdavis To your point, I think people could start “Job Blogging” more about what they do and love about their work, because our work is a majority of our time anyway, I think the authenticity here will be much higher for them and their followers 🙂
