Something always listening to and constantly reorganising my tasks based on what i agree to or change my mind on in real time

It would definitely be a gadget capable of storing and transmitting scents. Of course, we get most of our information through the eyes, but smells can evoke instant and incredibly vivid memories. For example, the scent of the house you grew up in or the aroma of your favorite food. It might not save lives, but it would surely bring people a few moments of pure joy.

A gadget that automatically folds and puts away laundry. It would use AI to recognize different clothing items and robotics to precisely fold each piece and organize them into drawers. Never waste time folding clothes again!
