Discouraging the products that are harming our mother nature and finding the alternative best solutions.

@peter_agar In the meantime you can offset your carbon footprint with programs such as those offered by Aclymate I have no equity with them, just really like the concept. :)

Probably the attitudes. I think tech is still pretty pretentious. "Bro, you can't code. You're trasshhh."

@ezzat Exactly, this is the main thing which we have to finish. In our https://printerloop.com/ team we respect each other but don't show attitude to anyone. Share knowledge and work in a friendly environment and we achieve our milestones before time.

I think I'd make it more accessible even more so then it is now for 1) people to found companies 2) people, especially outside of SF and the US to get funding for their companies and 3) for people to land roles in tech from a non tech background.

Quality over quantity - I have a feeling that too many founders launch projects only to capitalize on trends, without having a long-term vision or a clear understanding of how their solutions benefit end-users. As a result, we end up with a lot of incremental innovation and have few products that make obvious difference.
