How would you plan your GTM strategy?

So I plan on launching a B2C application soon, how would you plan your GTM? I was thinking of the following: 1. Launching a quick working prototype and building a community 2. In the meantime, start to interview the core and churned users, to understand what they want. 3. Start to code the MVP 4. Push the MVP out to an Alpha number of users to break it and understand further what they want with their direct usage. 5. When you're happy with the outcome, launch it to the world :) I'd like your advice on which steps you would change, and what you would add? what would you remove? Thank you for your time!

Hey Jean, I would add three points here 2. a) Interview the core and churned users, to understand what they didn't like. b) Shortlisting <10 users can help in defining the core functionalities and avoiding conflicting opinions c) Iterating on the prototype to help validate assumptions from 2.b) and improve the user experience before moving to the MVP stage.

Hey Jean, love number 4! I'd add 4.5 of keep iterating on the product, and don't be afraid to make sure it is really minimum, because then you get to try different versions with different user sets depending on what they might be interested in :)

Don't have a discrete one, but I would say that it's important to start marketing and promoting everywhere before you launch Helps prepare for launch day
