F e.g. — team productivity tools, like Jira or Asana: instead of doing you spend time on reporting things in the system.
Totally feel this! Sometimes it feels like we spend more time updating tasks than actually getting work done. Productivity tools should help, not add extra work!
Customer service automation. The whole point is to streamline support, yet so many companies create these labyrinthine phone trees and chatbots that make solving simple problems a nightmare. You get stuck in loops, redirected endlessly, or forced to prove you need a human.
@zakhar_lukonin I keep running into clunky phone bots whenever I call customer service. It’s so frustrating when you already have a problem, and the bot just gets stuck in loops instead of connecting you to a real person. Makes me not even want to deal with that company anymore.
What frustrates me the most is the banking system, especially when I have to send a fax to verify my identity.
@kate_link Yeah, that’s so outdated! It’s wild that banks still rely on faxes for something as important as identity verification. Definitely a system that needs a serious upgrade.
