Has AI helped you do what you couldn't before? Or still figuring it out?
I think by 2030, the real question won't be "Do you use AI?" but "Can you work without it?"
I noticed this in my own life recently.
I always said "I'm terrible at design" whenever I needed to make something look nice.
Last week I tried using an AI design tool, and suddenly I was creating decent-looking social media graphics in minutes.
The AI didn't replace my ideas or decisions it just removed that barrier that was always in my way.
Some studies have shown that most jobs won't be completely replaced by AI, but almost every job will have some tasks that AI can help with.

I do think generally speaking, AI has helped developers far more than it's helped non-developers. But here's what I'm noticing personally as a non-developer:
- AI helps me build apps that I couldn't build otherwise. Although very quickly I became ambitious and it's actually quite a headache to build more complex apps right now.
- I'm using various LLMs to search instead of Google about two-thirds of the time.
- I use @Wispr Flow to dictate, which has replaced at least half of my typing.
- I've also used ChatGPT to generate images, especially conceptual images for mini blog posts or fun images with friends.
@rajiv_ayyangar Thank you for shouting out @Wispr Flow! We're so proud to help our customers leverage AI and their voices to create and innovate faster than ever.

@amit_arora Thanks for sharing this! This echoes my own experience. Inspired by @gabe I used ChatGPT to build my first chrome extension to solve my own problem in a couple hours (bookmarking / notes for Product Hunt products I liked). I impressed myself 😂 and would like to try and build something more complex. With all the new AI powered coding software like @Lovable @bolt.new @Replit @Cursor , some more developer focused, some more non techy friendly, I think we have less "excuses" now to build all those ideas we've always had!
For simple promotional graphics, I prefer using AI to generate them. By refining my ideas and directions into text and continuously interacting with the AI, I can create a high-quality image. This saves me the time of searching for design resources, communicating back and forth with a designer.
