Fastest time to market

@iambetaful frequently gets fully-featured products out in a day or less. I suspect sorcery.

But seriously: The ability to get a viable product out and in the hands of users extremely quickly is incredibly valuable in the early days. Sure you can do a lot of discovery interviews and dig as you're talking with users but for some types of products especially experience based products like collaboration, productivity tools, and consumer apps, there's no substitute for putting something in the hands of users. You can either get really good at prototyping, or just really good at building.

I once got a product out in six weeks, but that was with a samll scope and a lot of trade-offs.

The shortest time for me was around three months, but that involved a lot of late nights and a focused team.
