Database #2: Investments In this database, you'll record your trades! For example, I bought 1.04 shares of TSLA (Tesla Inc.) on the 19th of August 2022. I can record the trade in this database, with the price I bought it at, the money I invested, etc. This syncs with the current price of the asset from Database #1, so I always know how much my 1.04 shares of Tesla are worth at all times. There is a separate view where you can also group your investments by asset, so you can see how your different investments are doing in a logical environment. Database #3: Accounts and Net Worth If you're like most people, you don't just keep your money OR assets in one place. You likely have multiple bank accounts and trading accounts. For example, I also have a cold wallet as of recently, for my Bitcoin, so that's also separate. You can connect the different investments you have to the Accounts and Net Worth database via relations. It will also display what percentage of your money is in the different bank accounts (For example for me it's about 50% in my trading account, 20% in my cold wallet, 30% in my checking account, etc).
