Hey there, Hunters! I'm Yassen, the creator of the Notion Investments Database, and I'm now here with an upgraded V2 - the Ultimate Investing Dashboard! Ever since I first started investing at the age of 20, I knew I will need to have a system to organise all my trades. One where I could visualise the assets I invest in, what % of my portfolio they constitute, how much my stocks are worth right now, etc. This is when I discovered *Notion*. With Notion, I was able to create this beautiful dashboard, which visualises the following: -> My Net Worth at all times -> My Assets -> My portfolio diversification -> The P/L of all my trades, in total and individually -> How much money I have in my different accounts (in my trading account, checking account, cold wallet, Crypto exchange account, etc.) -> My investment history through the months and years The dashboard gives you access to the following 3 databases: Database #1: Assets This database allows you to store all the assets you invest in - stocks, cryptocurrencies, ETFs, index funds, etc. As you saw in the image above, you can add your research data individually to each of them, and then connect it to database #2, which is... Database #2: Investments In this database, you'll record your trades! For example, I bought 1.04 shares of TSLA (Tesla Inc.) on the 19th of August 2022. I can record the trade in this database, with the price I bought it at, the money I invested, etc. This syncs with the current price of the asset from Database #1, so I always know how much my 1.04 shares of Tesla are worth at all times. There is a separate view where you can also group your investments by asset, so you can see how your different investments are doing in a logical environment. Database #3: Accounts and Net Worth If you're like most people, you don't just keep your money OR assets in one place. You likely have multiple bank accounts and trading accounts. For example, I also have a cold wallet as of recently, for my Bitcoin, so that's also separate. You can connect the different investments you have to the Accounts and Net Worth database via relations. It will also display what percentage of your money is in the different bank accounts (For example for me it's about 50% in my trading account, 20% in my cold wallet, 30% in my checking account, etc).
