@okuiux@catapop84 +1 if this is successful on FB messenger! Will test it out soon. I'd love to be able to send a relevant survey to someone on a web app after a triggered event.
Eventually Typeform provides a way to collect data using a more “human” kind of interaction and the form mechanic to me is just one instance of it so experimenting with a message bot and moving towards an even more “design-invisible” tool makes a whole lot of sense to me. Typeform’s guys are awesome, congrats @okuiux !
@igecky It's all about context. If you get a Typeform URL in #Slack for example, you won't want to leave the channel in order to interact, you'll want to answer there and then.
Although one of the caveats to the "bot" style interaction is that you can't go back and change your answers, which for many use cases improtant imho.
Im trying to understand how this is an additional value as the fb page admins can already interact with their subscribers and send any survey form links in the fb messenger?
Been using the beta for a couple about a month now. This integration is awesome - we've had a lot of fun creating conversations. Thanks for the work here.
Typeform has always had astoundingly beautiful form. Really, I can't think of any other survey/form platform that rivals them in design. Very excited to see some conversational forms from them. :)
@ambonium Looks like the cat is out the bag! We're running this "quietly" at the moment as a Beta. Not all features are supported yet, so certain typeforms can't be integrated yet.
I would love to see a comparison of form completion rates between regular forms (😴), and their conversational equivalent!
I loved Typeform as they were the first company I saw to bring some really good design into their market, and I'm glad to see you're able to keep innovating ✌
