I'm excited to introduce TweetDM on Product Hunt!
TweetDM is built for teams and X users to manage leads, track conversations, and close deals. If you’re in sales, customer support, or any role that relies heavily on DMs, TweetDM will help you stay organized, productive, and ensure no important conversation slips through the cracks.
We've got a free trial so you can try & experience TweetDM on your account! Try it out!
Thank you for your support, and we can’t wait to hear how TweetDM help you!
@picchikevin you should tell people up front it's not free and don't make them go through the whole sign up process before they learn that it's a paid service
This is killer! would it also help in making some automation to follow-up after a trigger event? Excited to try and see how it goes. All the best team!
Congrats! Does TweetDM support aggregating DMs from multiple X accounts for management? And I'm curious about your next steps. Have you considered managing LinkedIn messages? For sales, LinkedIn should be the platform used more often.
@zenda1122 Thanks! interesting idea indeed, contact aggregation is on the roadmap.
With regard to linkedin currently 100% of our focus is X! maybe layer on
The UI looks beautiful! Big congrats Kevin and Ethan for reaching this milestone! Curious though, why make the SSO login connect with Google instead of X?
@gdbroman Thanks a lot Gus! I must say the I've got nothing to do with UI It's all @ethanlerner !
Good point! We took it out for launch day, we just didn't want to hit any limits preventing people from logging in.
@gdbroman Thanks so much—we definitely tried our very best! We'd love to support X login but unfortunately ran into limitations at its current state. Stay tuned though!
Interesting concept! As someone who uses X for business, I can see the value in organizing DMs better. It'd be cool if TweetDM could integrate with other CRM platforms for a more seamless workflow. Also, I wonder if there's a way to automate lead scoring based on X interactions? That could be a game-changer for prioritizing potential deals.
@kyrylosilin So far our pipeline features helps with tracking and visualising bigger volumes of conversations.
And with regard to automating tagging, this is exactly on our roadmap along with predictive pipeline status.
Would love to learn more about your use case! Feel free to drop me a DM
Great way to track convo and prospect on X platform, this is was something missing there and I always had to do the manual work to input all of them into docs or our notion database. Glad that can happen directly on X. Congrats on the launch!
Hey @KevinPicchi, just discovered TweetDM! It’s intriguing how it integrates CRM capabilities directly within X’s platform. How does TweetDM handle data privacy and user consent, especially given the sensitive nature of DMs? Also, any future plans to incorporate AI for predictive analytics in lead scoring? This could significantly amplify the tool's utility for sales teams. Excited to see where this goes!
@xtralite Hey! All your data is yours! We're merely an interface on top of your X inbox. We do however cache data to make it available faster.
Yes lots of AI use cases here, I was telling @andyroamer about our internal lead scoring which we're still working on. What would you say are the most important indictors for your use case?
Such a great idea! Twitter's DMs are a mess and it's a real shame cause this platform is an amazing way to expand your community. Love that you guys worked on this issue! Can't wait to try it
Congrats on launching TweetDM on Product Hunt! 🎉 This tool is a lifesaver for startups trying to keep their Twitter DMs organized. It's like having a personal assistant for your inbox, making sure you never miss a lead.
Oh this tool looks beautiful guys! Congrats on the launch! A definite MUST for X, as dm'ing is so unorganized on the platform. Good job! Looking forward to testing it :)
This looks promising! @picchikevin, love how TweetDM aims to enhance productivity with DMs. The ability to track leads and manage sales processes efficiently is crucial for success. Excited to see how you’ll further expand the features in your roadmap! 🚀
It's truly exciting to see TweetDM come to life, offering a seamless way to manage and enhance the experience of using Twitter DMs. The ability to transform Twitter's direct messaging system into a functional inbox and CRM is quite revolutionary. This tool simplifies communication by making it easy to follow up with important conversations and keeping track of key messages in one place. I can see how this would be especially useful for creators or businesses who rely on Twitter for client outreach, offering a better way to handle multiple messages without getting lost. Imagine trying to juggle multiple business leads on Twitter—TweetDM ensures you don’t lose any key opportunities. The integration with CRM features is a game-changer, allowing users to not just chat but also manage relationships with followers and clients. Overall, this product fills a gap that many didn't realize they had. Kudos to the team for such a useful and well-thought-out tool!
@annaho2000 Exactly Anna, so many deals are missed because of an unread DM.
Or sometimes volume is the problem and getting too many messages just make it so hard to know where everyone is at.
Sounds like a super useful tool. Just tried TweetDM, and it’s pretty slick! Definitely helps in keeping track of all those DMs and leads without getting lost in the clutter. Nice work and congrats on the launch.
Really appreciate how TweetDM helps to manage leads right from DMs. It’s a perfect fit for anyone looking to boost productivity on X. Looking forward to seeing what features come next
Congratulations on the launch of TweetDM! This sounds like a fantastic solution for managing DMs and streamlining communication—I'm really intrigued by how it can help users track leads and monitor the status through the sales process.
I'm particularly interested in the productivity aspect you mentioned. The idea of having a centralized inbox for DMs could really change the game for many users. Are there any integrations planned with other CRM tools, or features that allow for automated follow-ups?
Overall, I can see TweetDM being an invaluable tool for those looking to enhance their engagement on X. Keep up the great work—I'm excited to see how this evolves!
@allen_xu1130 Appreciate your comment Allen!
The first version of TweetDM solely focused on outreach automation.
Automations within the inbox is key to gaining productivity and that's in our roadmap, curious to hear what kinda stuff you would like to automate? follow-ups? check-ins?
Congrats on the launch! 🚀
This looks like a super useful tool for staying on top of DMs and making sure no leads slip through the cracks. Excited to see how it helps boost productivity for sales teams!
