I run a growth marketing agency and have been lucky enough to work with some great founders and CMOs from 50+ SaaS companies over the past 5 years.
About 2 years ago, I started to hear two repeating themes from some of my clients.
Theme 1 was: "We need to capture and synthesize more feedback from our users", and theme 2 was along the lines of: "We aren't actively pursuing reviews because we are weary of negative reviews effecting our reputation".
Based on these two themes, I became obsessed with figuring out a solution. Something that would kill 2 birds with one stone, being a liaison between feedback and reputation.
The idea behind TrustLoop was simply this, so I got to work. First, I designed a system to build surveys and capture feedback. Then I created a mechanism to separate the survey if it is positive feedback and ask the person leaving the positive feedback to make it public based on the links our clients add (G2, TrustPilot, etc), and doing so in a way they didn't have to rewrite their review (copying it to their clipboard automatically).
Finally, I would add some AI elements to help our users digest the feedback by surfacing any common complaints, and areas for actionable improvement.
This launch of TrustLoop is meaningful to us because we feel like it is at a place where it is useful to anybody trying to capture more feedback, positive reviews or both.
The team and I have been hard at work honing in on making the product smooth, functional, and intuitive. The new features are as follows:
- Intuitive, dual survey builder driving internal feedback from anyone not yet ecstatic with your product, and positive reviews from those that are.
- Install as a (editable) widget in 2 lines of code
- Customize and claim a review landing page (with all functionality baked in)
- AI feedback and review digestion for actionable improvement opportunities
- Trust Rating based on all public reviews (updates with new reviews).
But there are still many more features to build, primarily: email automation, integrations with Stripe, Hubspot, etc., embedding reviews on your site, and more.
These feature will be shipped in due time, but for that reason I will give a 30% discount for Product Hunt users - so use: PH30 at checkout and this will be applied after your 14-day free trial.
Let me know if you have any questions or feedback! Thank you!
Zack
@memphys_sk There's both a customizable widget (that you can add to your site) and a landing page (that you can claim, but lives on Trustloop's domain). Both are fully customizable!
Huge congratulations on the launch of TrustLoop! π
I can already see how this will streamline our feedback process and boost our online reviews, making it a game-changer for our SaaS clients.
Quick question: how does TrustLoop handle competing reviews on multiple platforms? For example, if a review goes live on G2 and TrustPilot simultaneously, does the Trust Rating aggregate this data automatically?
Wishing you and the team continued success! This tool is going to be invaluable for many of us.
@camel2243 Yes, the Trust Rating is an aggregation (with some other minor math like quantity of reviews) of your public review footprint. Great question!
This is a really cool idea. The problem reaches far further than SaaS Companies, a lot of small businesses have the same problem, only key difference is the platforms they need.
I was going to ask, could you introduce an API or similar to allow users to write a review on your platform or a users website and then it auto submits, then I thought about the bots.
Congrats on the launch, Zack!
TrustLoop's approach to feedback and reputation management is interesting. How effective is the AI in identifying actionable insights from feedback? Can you share any case studies or examples of how TrustLoop has improved product feedback processes?
TrustLoop looks like a promising solution for managing product feedback and reviews. The ability to capture user insights and drive positive reviews is a valuable feature for any business. π‘
@zack_fediay1 Congrats and great job launching TrustLoop. I just watched the video on your homepage and it does a great job explaining what TrustLoop is and how it works. I will be signing up soon!
Congratulations on the launch of TrustLoop! Can you explain more about how the AI component surfaces common complaints and actionable insights from the feedback?
@vasily_kolosov1 Sure! Basically, we run an AI analysis on the feedback so if any theme or issue is substantial relative to the amount of total feedback, it is surfaced through actionable insights
TrustLoop seems to be an excellent tool for managing feedback and reputation for products. It could greatly streamline the process of gathering user feedback and generating high-quality reviews. How does TrustLoop ensure the authenticity and usefulness of the feedback collected, compared to traditional methods? @zack_fediay1
