What a week with todai actually looks like (no ✨miracle routines✨ involved)

Some of you asks:

“Cool concept — but how exactly do I use todai in real life?”

So here’s a quick look at what a real week might look like with todai — no 5AM wakeups or biohacking required:

🗓 Monday, 9:20 AM

Before jumping into Producthunt, I open todai and do a quick check-in:

→ “How am I feeling about this week?”

→ “What’s on my mind?”

Launching these Friday. A lot of work to do. So little time left.

The AI helps me unpack a vague sense of anxiety into 3 clear thoughts.
Already feels lighter.

🗓 Tuesday, 6:15 PM

Rough day. Feedbacks from makers didn’t go as planned.

I drop a short voice memo into todai — just to vent.

30 mins later, I get a calm, structured reflection:

→ What actually triggered the emotion

→ What belief might be under it

→ What I can try tomorrow

It’s weirdly grounding.

🗓 Wednesday

I check my Happy Lifestyle Index score and notice HLI is low in the “Resources” and “Effort” zones..

Not surprising — been skipping breaks while preparing the launch 😅

I’m feeling drained, mentally scattered, and honestly… kind of done with the week (and it’s only Wednesday).

todai looks at my recent entries and nudges:

“Based on your current energy patterns, try a 40-minute focused block on one thing that matters today.
No context-switching. Just one deep task. Then check how you feel.”

I pick a task I’ve been avoiding. Set the timer. Go.

🗓 Thursday

I use the “Reframe” tool after a stressful LinkedIn surfing.

It walks me through the emotion → perception → choice logic.

Basically, therapy-lite without the Zoom call.

I log a short reflection:

→ “Felt hard to start, but weirdly satisfying.”

→ “Wasn’t as mentally exhausting as I thought.”

→ “Noticed I didn’t doomscroll in between tasks today.”

todai adds a tag: “Resource recovery through clarity”

(I like how it labels things I wouldn’t have thought to call out)

🗓 Friday, 10:00 PM
HLI shows a visible bump — not huge, but clear.

“Effort” is up. “Emotions” more balanced.

Even my “Needs” score nudged higher (probably because I did something for me, not just out of stress).

todai asks if I want to log a weekly insight.

I realize I’ve been reacting more than acting all week.

Time to shift gears.

___

No gimmicks.

Just: awareness → action → reflection → signal.

And the best part?

Now I can repeat what worked — not guess.

If you’ve tried todai already — how are you using it day to day?

If not: we’re always improving, and still collecting patterns. Your feedback helps make them smarter.

Let us know what routines or use-cases you’d want todai to support next.

At the initial stage, some kind of signal/alarm is needed that would remind me to log into todai (I'm on my second day - and it hasn't become part of my daily routine yet).

Or is there a "pop-up reminder" in the settings? or something like that.

@maria_anosova we are planning push-notifications in one of the nearest releases, for sure it's a very important feature in our roadmap 🙌🏻
