A time off policy represents a set of rules regulating time off accrual, spending and compensation. TMetric allows easily creating any type of time off policy (vacation, sick leave, personal). Your employees can create time off requests in couple of clicks. Every request goes to an appointed manager for approval. No more leave emails or discussions. The Time Off Balances report shows detailed information on balances of all your workspace members. To better manage all this data, you can use the following filters: Team, Policy, and Requests. You can also group table data logically by User and Policy depending on your current needs. We know that there are a lot of project management tools and development tools that people use every day so we decided to make an integration with them that you could track time in your favourite PM tools. Tmetric could be a solid time-tracking app, and I bought a yearly business subscription for it in Oct 2019. Unfortunately couple of months later – coinciding with an app update – on my Win 10 -system the desktop app and automatic tracking features are currently almost unusable (or at least very annoying to use), as the program hangs up for half a minute every time I start or stop any timers. It might be issue on my system but it is difficult to know: my other programs do not exhibit same symptom, and while Tmetric support asked me to provide a log dump from the app run and I did on middle of Dec 2019, I am still waiting for any kind of response from them. Support is sadly not responding to my mails anymore, even if I have only sent a couple of mails during these months. I wouldn't except Tmetric to solve their user's potential system issues for them, but I'd appreciate at least a comment from them and whether they see any problems in the log files – especially in this case as they requested the logs themselves.

TMetric is fast, convenient and cheap, the support is responsive and they fixed some bugs quickly.
