Looks interesting...what will happen if the customer says "I want my money back". Will your chatbot connect it with a refund and give him the right answer?

@iwona_gontarska There are 2 options: 1. (AI chatbot) You can set up NLP chatbot that will detect the phrase "I want my money back" and will proceed with the right text flow; 2. (Bots In Conversations) You as an operator will see this customer's message and you will trigger the right chatbot. So yes, the chatbot will give the right answer but you as our users decide which kind of bot starts.

@przemyslaw_szustak Oh yes, countless integrations with dialogflow and other custom AI/ML models and voice/IVR things. Love your conversation builder. It would be great to add some predefined templates (Sales, Support, BizDev).

We are like 99.99% on the Tidio train, the only feature we were missing when we tried it out was the ability to have the bot greet customers with a name/face above the message. (Our experiments suggested it had a measurable effect on conversion.) Gotta say though, Tidio is amazing. Beautifully designed, great product, great features.

@przemyslaw_szustak Yes! If there was a way to add a picture & name above the bot message that's sent on page load, we'd definitely make the switch. (That, and an SDK to read messages via Javascript, though I think there's already a way to do that.) Right now we use Freshchat, but it's generally not as good, and over triple the price.
