Hey fellow Product Hunters! ๐๐ป
My name is Piotr Cygan, and Iโm the Senior Product Manager at Tidio.
We are living in the golden age of technology. AI is changing lives, industries, and companies. It has an especially crucial impact on customer service.
Unfortunately, customer service automation is still a luxury affordable almost exclusively to big enterprises.
With Lyro, we are aiming to change this.
Our big dream is to democratize AI for customer service - one chatbot conversation at a time.
Whatโs the secret here?
Lyro is an AI chatbot for automating customer service, designed with SMBs in mind. Powered by Claude LLM and our in-house models, Lyro can save you from overflowing chats, cut your support costs, and boost customer satisfaction. More importantly, it stays within your knowledge base and learns from customer interactions, minimizing the probability of AI hallucinations.
Numbers-wise, Lyro can solve up to 70% of customer queries from the moment of activation. It has an average response time of about 5.5 seconds. โฐ
Sign up, add your FAQs, activate your bot with one click, and play around with Lyro. We want to show that AI can be a full-on virtual assistant that handles customers independently and with quality.
Come see for yourself!
We are here for your feedback and questions about Lyro. Please share anything that comes to mind, we are super excited to hear how it goes! ๐
Hey PH fam,
Super excited to bring Lyro AI to the global tech & g startup community ๐
Bill Gates recently shared with The Wall Street Journal that AI is the most revolutionary technology in recent decades and entire industries will reorient around it. Customer service is one such function that is being fundamentally reimagined as we speak. There is a unique opportunity to augment and enhance the productivity of customer service teams leveraging LLMs and the power of AI.
But typically these innovations are accessible only to huge enterprises with billion dollar budgets. SMBs are left behind due to a lack of resources. Lyro AI wants to fix that.
Lyro is an AI chatbot (built by the Tidio team) for automating customer service, designed with SMBs in mind. It is powered by Claude LLM and other in-house models, Lyro can save you from overflowing chats, cut your support costs, and boost customer satisfaction. More importantly, it stays within your knowledge base and learns from customer interactions, minimizing the probability of AI hallucinations.
I recently got a chance to chat with the Lyro team and within minutes, they hooked me with their powerful vision of "democratizing AI for customer service". In our demo, I got to see how easy it is to implement and activate Lyro (took less than 2 minutes),
Here's why I am excited:
Lyro handles up to 70% of common customer questions, freeing up your real agents to solve complex tickets. While human agents have an average response time of 2 minutes, Lyro answers questions in less than 5.5 seconds.

@franksondors we are using our own ML systems that are much easier to control for businesses and accurate. Teaching Lyro is easy and far more reliable than our competitors ๐
@hey_its_kas Hi Kas, I cannot say too much, be we test it extensively and make sure that Lyro limits itself only to the information provided on the website. We also use the model that's the safest on the market and we made usre there are no risks of data spillages.
@piotr_cygan how can you *really* ensure though that it's secure considering new prompt injection attacks being created literally every day :D It's not something that's put in place just once, I imagine you might want to consider a solution to monitor those chats in almost real-time to detect the attempts to leverage prompt injection/pii etc. before the model is pinged. Or even establish a red team to stress-test your solution. People can get reaalllly creative with trying to trick the models. We've seen it when we launched Gandalf (if you never played it - it's fun, try it to see what I mean): https://gandalf.lakera.ai/
Just thinking out loud here looking at all the crazy stuff happening with data leakage recently (e.g. Duolingo etc.)
@piotr_cygan@hey_its_kas Sure thing, we are constantly monitoring any risks and improving our security on all levels.
Nice idea with Gandalf - thanks to it you can basically farm new prompt injection methods, have you found anything interesting there?
Bravo on introducing Lyro. With personalized assistance akin to human agents, Lyro is set to enhance response times and alleviate support team pressures.
As a Tidio user, congrats on the launch of Lyro! ๐ The impressive numbers you've shared about Lyro's capabilities are great. A potential 70% reduction in customer queries and an average response time of 5.5 seconds can undoubtedly contribute to increased customer satisfaction and streamlined support operations.
Impressive! This will certainly be a game-changer, it'll hit the pain points of countless support teams head-on, kudos to you for this fantastic launch! ๐๐ฉ
Congratulations to the team on the successful launch of the new product! I'm so impressed with the hard work and dedication you've all put in. And it's free? Just amazing. This is a huge accomplishment. I know this is just the beginning of great things for Tidio team.
