As a founder building a remote team, I can't stress enough how important it is to build company culture - but also how much of a challenge it is. It's great to see a product coming in and innovating in the space.
This must be a challenge (but also opportunity) for so many teams - only accelerated by the pandemic.

haha, we saw a lot of remote teams do weekly synchronous calls as part of their culture building efforts, usually on Fridays. We wanted to make Thursday the new Friday, making it the day AND PLACE where remote teams build culture. 😉
