I’ve spent several years in my previous role building and executing a community-led growth playbook that helped us unlock long-term network effects. Done right, this approach helps drive organic growth, increases loyalty and is the most sustainable way to scale a business. Easier said than done! 🤔 The Problem: I've found scaling a community to be overwhelming and time consuming. As a community manager, we often find ourselves with the impossible task to help everyone find value. How do you create, foster and grow a community where members connect with each other and discover tremendous value? 🛠 Our Solution: The Community OS, built on Notion, is designed to be an actionable dashboard and checklist system to help you create a memorable community experience. It's a guide, database, idea-generating machine, framework and most of all, an actionable resource. It’s free and I wish I had this years ago! This is a compilation of learnings from building a community of users at Zomato over the years and from the 110+ community builders we've spoken to over the last few months.
