Great stuff V for launching Remote Workly here on Product Hunt :) - I've been a user since day one and love using it daily for our team standups. The Auto-transcribe feature has been a game changer for us :)
Vaibhav Namburi
@dansiepen thanks for your support and early feedback Dan! Very glad you like it!
Vaibhav Namburi
Hey Product Hunt! I am super excited to share our early product with everyone working remote. Why did we build Remoteworkly? We became remote 1.5 years ago (before it was cool) and saw ourselves in 3-4 hours of zoom calls a day. This was exhausting, demotivating and non-productive. Meetings stretched forever, and tbh most of them weren't needed. 70% of communication is body language, that we miss over a zoom call, so we're constantly "over-delivering" behind the camera. (not like that, you dirty mind 😉) and 4 hours of video calls can drain you out. As of now, HBR states 71% managers find meetings unproductive, CNBC told us 67% of team members spend way too much time in meetings. With tools like Slack, Teams and "always-on" culture, staff are constantly bombarded with pings and FOMO prevents us from stepping away from our computer, leading to really long and stretched out work hours. This lead to zoom fatigue, team disconnects, and people generally just wanting to get back into the office. Lastly, with hybrid models, you end up having half the team in the office doing standups, and everyone else is left out. This leads to disconnection and makes you feel like its highschool all over again With all this happening, we wanted to productise our process that cut down 4 hours of daily meetings to 10 mins max of calls. We've adopted a pure async approach and we've never been happier With RemoteWorkly this all changes: Send a video message instead of holding an unwanted meeting ✅ Async video meetings with transcriptions for teams to communicate across timezones and offices. Aka video walkie talkie ✅ Use video threads for meetings, onboarding staff, client feedback for agencies, building internal wikis. ✅ Share your stand up. Stay connected. Discuss work and see who's working on what...all without another "catch up meeting" ✅ Work with all your tools in one place. No need to switch between apps with our 2-way integrations ✅ Hold better meetings with meeting agendas, talking points, and actionable outcomes as a result of meetings. ✅ Auto-share meeting summaries to slack in one click, no more switching context ✅ Create tasks in your fav work tool straight from your meeting notes, you can close all your tabs ✅ Set and manage your short term and long term OKRs to hit you and your teams goals If we're missing a feature, upgrade or integration, please let me know - we'd love to fix that We'd love for you to try us out and help us improve the future of work

I am having an exceptional time building this up. I’m curious how high our product ranks for people and their teams. Feel free to ask any questions, I'd love to answer them.
JJ
@dineshmadanlal awesome work Dinesh, is it running in the cloud aka. in the browser or I have to donwload it, and one more question what is the difference between RemoteWorkly and Loom?
Dinesh Madanlal
@butafly In the cloud. We're fairly different, loom is great for transactional videos, but using us gives people the ability to do async standups where teams can share what they're doing and even integrate with Trello and Jira. In addition, we offer customers threads, which are topics for async one-way videos where people have been using us for team onboardings, customer updates, async standup, and more 🙂

Love this type of product. Curious to hear from you how you differentiate from Jamm? what is your USp (Unique Selling Point)?
Vaibhav Namburi
@cecile_rofidal Hey there! Thank you for the comment, do you mean jamm.app ? I think we're quite different, jamm solves for "always on" - we're pretty much the opposite of that where teams are asynchronously connected :)
Vaibhav Namburi
@cecile_rofidal @veebuv No problem at all :D
Christian Piponides
What a cool tool! I would love to try this out with my remote team, as it's always hard finding time that works for us in different time zones. I've added some feedback over the landing page in the meantime if it helps :) Congratulations launching on Product Hunt!
Vaibhav Namburi
@christian_piponides Amazing, very keen to have you onboard mate. Awesome, we've actually got remoteworkly.co/show coming out soon, so you can submit feedback straight on the site - however usebubbles is super cool too!
Vaibhav Namburi
@christian_piponides @veebuv PS love your feedback, already implemented some updates - thanks mate!
George Hatzis
Nice one, it looks great and is such a timely product with the massive increase of remote work this year!
Vaibhav Namburi
@hatzis Thanks for your feedback George! Let me know how you go using the product!
Sean Greenhalgh
We've been a customer since day 1 and love the amazing pace of updates and features that keep adding to this. Plus now that our company is 100% remote over 3 different timezones it helps to keep everyone on the right track and not fuss over finding the best time for multi-timezone meetings. My only complaint is that they are charging too little!
Vaibhav Namburi
@sean_greenhalgh2 hahaha thanks for being an awesome supporter from day 1. Customer number 1 actually, I remember you giving advice on fixing the stripe website bugs haha! Hopefullywe keep serving you better
Michael Hill
We've been using RW for a few weeks now. We have staff on different timezones and messages often get lost in slack. Using RW to leave briefing notes for the next day (and just the odd joke) has helped with efficiency but also with culture which was an added bonus!
Vaibhav Namburi
@mymatemike Very happy to hear Michael! Thank you for the feedback and glad you're enjoying the product
Catalin Pit
I never thought about something like this. Super interesting and useful product. Looking forward to give it a go!
Vaibhav Namburi
@catalinmpit Mate it'd be an honour! (always loved your twitter content)
Alex Papageorge
Super different use case - But could you use this for podcasting too?
Vaibhav Namburi
@alex_papageorge very interesting thought process. I wonder how though?
Adam Abusohaib
Been using Remoteworkly for the past couple weeks and its been a game changer for me (no exaggeration). Dealing with freelancers, agencies and no have implemented this in my team at work. Insanely easy to communicate with team members while still able to concentrate on work without being pulled into 45 minute useless meetings :)
Vaibhav Namburi
@adam_abusohaib Mate, appreciate the feedback, thanks so much! Hope we can continue to improve it!
Ramesh Kumar
I was really excited when building this up with @veebuv and @dineshmadanlal . Our team uses it daily, right from the first day. The best part which I like the most is the Async meeting and Slack notification regarding Thread updates, Meetings & Standup reminder. Shoot me out any questions if you have, I'd love to answer them.
Vaibhav Namburi
@veebuv @dineshmadanlal @ramesh_jain_007 Very excited to have you build this!
Anna Cheng 🙃
Love it, great product! For someone who does not enjoy too many meetings, it has made working through Covid so much smoother.
Vaibhav Namburi
@annaqcheng Thanks so much for using our product Anna! Please let me know of any new features we can implement to make life better
Chamira Gamage
Love it, have been using this at Amnesty International the past 4 months during Covid and has made organisation better by putting all our info in one space, getting away from clunky software and Zoom meetings to have smooth video message chats. Highly recommend and one for the future! 👏🏾
Vaibhav Namburi
@chamiragamage Thanks so much for your early vote of confidence in us! Grateful to be serving an impactful business like yours!
Ken Savage
I agree with you on body language on video calls. So important. Good luck today 🍀
Vaibhav Namburi
@kensavage Thanks so much Ken! Really appreciate your support on this
Jatin Wadhwa
I've been following @veebuv1's journey and using RemoteWorkly for a while now. So happy with how the product is turning out ⚡ My team is fully remote with timezone differences, and RW has been a massive time saver for me and my team. I was fed up with having 10pm calls during my chill time because that's the only time that worked for everyone. Come in these guys, and we've almost gotten rid of synchronous meetings. Most of meeting are async now where I talk about product updates when the time suits me and members of the team respond when it suits them. 😄 It's completely shifted how I work and definitely for the better! 🚀
Vaibhav Namburi
@veebuv1 @jatin_wadhwa1 Very excited to have you as an early customer, thanks so much for your fantastic feedback in shaping the product to be better! Really glad its helped you out!
Nivaaz Sehmbhi
I've been using Remote Workly for a little while now and it's been awesome. Personally, I love it for the note-taking during meetings, organisation of these and slack integrations 🔥 It makes being remote, or being apart of a hybrid team really easy. No one in the team every misses out on what happened in conversations! My team recently started pushing for async meetings and text standups to save time. I've used loom for one-directional videos, but I think the next step for us is using Thread from RW! Looking forward to saving time and better time batching 🚀 Did I also mention their product design & UX is amazing? I would highly recommend giving it a go and getting the whole team on board! It's been an awesome asset to our team :)
Vaibhav Namburi
@nivaaz_sehmbhi Thanks so much for this, we've very glad to have you onboard as a daily user! Let us know if you think there's features missing on our side :)
Indranil Roy
One of the best tells of a great product is realising you cant live without it once you start using it and damn, this has changed the way i sync with my team since beta testing ;) Looking forward to more features and integrations! Great job - from Cambodia!
Vaibhav Namburi
@indranil_roy Amazing, very glad you've been liking the product mate! Happy that you're an early user, your feedback has been great

Vaibhav Namburi
@dragos_bulugean Thanks mate! Very keen to see how you find it
Karan Parikh
Remoteworkly has played a huge role in helping our team stay in sync amidst this pandemic. Asynchronous updates on projects are perfect because we have people working at different times of the day and often across different timezones too!
Vaibhav Namburi
@karan_parikh1 Thanks so much for being an early customer Karan, been really great getting feedback from you and improving it along the way
