In 1999, I moved to Kansas City, MO to attend a nine-month leadership development program called Master's Commission. I didn't know it yet, but my life was about to change dramatically.
That's where I met Brenda Rindels. She and her husband Lloyd became my mentors that year. They taught me how to become a lifelong learner, how to love myself and others more deeply.
15 years later, I decided to interview Brenda. Together we look back at that transformational year. In this episode we discuss:
-What makes a good leader,
-What fosters personal growth?
-What prevents internal change?
-How do people change?
-What prevents people from changing?
