Hey all - decided to put my online course Creative Class on PH. It's been completely redesigned, reprogrammed and I even rewrote all the copy! Phew, even typing that is tiring :)
The course has taught over 1,500 freelancers so far the business of freelancing and really sums up my 17+ years of freelancing (plus I've learned from smarter people how they do it). It focuses on teaching processes and implementing systems - not cashing in some money-making scheme or having money fights on yachts (while you leave your laptop in the sand on the beach).

The class is great and there is an added bonus of a Slack Team that is full of freelancers that are all helping each other. Any questions you have about running a business or specific coding or anything in between, you can finds the answers here. It's a great group of people to converse with!
The course is set up in a way that you digest it at your own pace. Each lesson is full of useful information that will help you move your freelancing business along

Hands down one of the BEST courses out there for freelancers and creatives! Plus nothing beats the awesome-sauce community on the slack channel, it's like insider access to some of the world's greatest designers/creatives and best of all even for the newbies like myself you continuously learn something from both @pjrvs himself and everyone in the community. Well worth it's weight in gold!
This course is the real deal. I've been in it for a few months now, and even as a "product" person I'm still getting so much value out of it. I always liked Paul's unique approach to business and work - and this really is one of the best, most authentic courses out there.
Yeah! Paul’s work is legit and this course is incredibly insightful for freelancers (coming from someone who’s taken B-School and a slew of other courses). Glad to finally see this on here! :)

Paul Jarvis is the truth. He and his peeps go above and beyond for our Office Hours and on the Slack channel. I'm completely blown away. Since signing up for Creative Class and joining the slack group my mindset has shifted on what value in a course and coach truly is. Paul Jarvis has set value bar so high, catch him if you can.

I've been on Paul's weekly newsletter that includes snippets from his class. They have been very informative and inspirational. Looking forward to having the time one of these days to actually sign up and take the class.
Does it matter what industry you're coming from? And are there people to help you specifically pitch in that industry?
@manda_auror Hi Amanda - there are freelancers ranging from designers, to directors to programmers, to writers, to coaches and more. Basically, if you work on projects for clients, it's a fit. As far as people helping you pitch a specific industry - the course is 100% self-paced - so there's no teachers or mentors specifically for every industry possible. It just wouldn't make sense at that price point (and the class is a one-person operation, i.e., me). Hope that helps!
