Hi @mijustin, we use both direct to garment and screen printing - depends on your order characteristics (# of colors and quantity). We have state-of-the-art machines for both processes, so no matter what, you're guaranteed to love your products! Interested in embroidery? We can enable that as well even though it's not part of the web experience yet (just chat in to one of our reps - they're standing by to assist you.)

@mijustin Sadly no API yet, but that's one of the top features we are working on. We want to automate as much of the process for you as possible, including integrating with your e-commerce stores or CRM systems, so sending out swag is always as simple as a click of a button!

@tonystaehelin We have over 1 M users with all the apps we've developed with @betalabs. We've tested too many monetization strategies for free apps. Ecommerce customized for the content of the app is the best so far. It performs 20X better than ads.

Our pricing is generally very competitive and in many cases cheaper than most top competitors. E.g 150 Hanes tees with a 2-color print is $6.39/unit on Teespring and over $7.00 on CustomInk. Please let us know though (direct-cs@teespring.com) if you see another top provider offering a better price on a certain product so we can look into adjusting that. We're also able to offer additional discounts on very large orders, just chat in to our Live Chat. Note: there are unfortunately a ton of low quality providers in the industry who price really low because they ship out total cr@p to make a quick buck.
