Hey everyone. 👋🏽 I'm Diego, maker of Teamworki. After a decade working with teams in the tech industry, I've found some common patterns around the highest-performing ones: - They established a safe space: people share their thoughts openly. 🎤 - They run effective one-on-one meetings when providing feedback. 💬 - They have fun retrospectives in place to celebrate achievements and identify opportunities for improvement, as a group. 🎯 After a negative experience, I told myself: I'll build a toolkit to support teams in the journey towards agile transformation and high performance. I think this is missing some of the key features that the competitors like OfficeVibe and Teaminator have. When you look at the provided screenshots, it forces the team to know exactly what is important, however from investing time talking with many teams, teams and team leads can be all over the place. They may not have enough experience to know what's best. Additionally there are already tons of free meeting or retro tools, I'm not sure you could justify paying for one.

@warrenparad Thanks for your feedback! We're not the best morale or retrospectives tool, but we think that combining the best of those (and one on ones) can make this product very powerful. The product is currently free. Cheers!
