Great teams iterate, learn, and iterate again. Retrospectives enable continuous improvement. πŸ‘₯
Based on a lot of research, Teamworki is introducing a new way of running those sessions remotely. πŸ’‘
Works with tools you already love: Slack and Teams. 🎯

Hey everyone, πŸ‘‹πŸ½ I am Diego, Co-Founder of Teamworki. With our new iteration of Retrospectives, we want to empower teams to foster a culture of learning and action while remote. You may ask: "how different are your Retrospectives? There are a bunch of alternatives out there". After doing a lot of user and market research, we learned that teams still struggle with accountability. We foster a bias for action with our reminders while generating AI-powered analytics on the sentiment of the session. It is very easy to get started: πŸ‘† Sign up for free on the website; πŸ‘₯ Create a team; βš™οΈ Connect to Slack or Microsoft Teams (optional); πŸ“… Create a Retro and invite coworkers. 😻SPECIAL PRODUCT HUNT OFFER: Get a 33% lifetime discount when upgrading to Pro by using the TW_EARLY promo code. Valid only for organizations created until the end of November 2020. Happy teamworking! πŸ’ͺ🏽 Don't forget to try the Feedback Surveys and One on Ones in the app.

Signing up right now. I still haven't found a Retros tool that "clicked" with my team. I like your emphasis on the "action" part of things and the integrations with 3rd parties. Will let you know how it goes.

@jay_gomez Thanks, Jay! Please do. I'm with you: if action wasn't important, I'd rather run a Retro on Google Docs. I like to think of Teamworki as a tool that assists the team before, during, and after the Retro.
