@lxcid @dionisloire @johnxie I would have tried it but it forcefully asks to make a copy of my contacts. That's not the right permission. Lost interest there and never signed up.

@mrahmadawais We use this to help you find people to share the list with, it's a social collaboration platform. You can always create an account using plain e-mail and password, if you'd like.

Do you plan to provide API access down the road to allow for Zapier or other webhook services to update workspaces?
@nickatloot Yeah definitely, so you can quickly generate lists from external sources to track them easily. The ideal is a 2-way binding mechanism, naturally.

Software like slack touted to revolutionize email, but I've found it difficult to keep track of conversations even with the threads. It requires a different piece of software to actually track the tasks, thus you can end up overlapping software for tasks and communication. With Taskade, every conversation refers back to the task list. It gives me and my team the ability to discuss a project while offering the ability to see the project timeline, tasks, priorities on the same screen.

I've been a big Taskade user for the last couple years. My teams use it for all sorts of things: meeting notes, stand up call agendas, improvised task lists, content calendaring etc. It's really versatile and frictionless to use. Just hop in a list and go from there.
I'm excited to see how far the Taskade product has gone. I transitioned my team off of Asana & Quip and have no regrets.
Looks clean, will give the mobile apps a try. I'm in between slack and asana a lot, would be cool to have one tool.
Brilliant update! I've been using Taskade on a daily basis for a while. Love that the product is laser focused on the tasks format - really helps me stay organized.

Hardcore Asana user transformed to Taskade user
For the past two years, I have been a Taskade user. I love being able to call our team on video and at the same time create a task. Taskade brings together on a single screen an experience of note-taking, task creation and video calling.

I'm finding Taskade super useful even in "single player mode" to manage my to-do list. I love the Chrome extension which really matches my flow for getting things done.
@peterkimfrank Great to hear! Taskade is designed for teams and individuals. Feel free to use it personally, just know you have the ability to share and collaborate instantly whenever you'd like. You can share individual task lists, or inviting your team members into workspaces.

I've been using Taskade since the very early days and it's been incredible seeing the team's sheer amount of progress + the product's extensive feature-set. It's simple yet powerful. It's fast and organized and is great for teams and individuals.

I'm a big fan of Notion and markdown, would love to see integration or syncing across to my other tools as well to help with consolidating
Pros:Very easy to access, whenever I open a tab -- it's there. User friendly, great UX for making quick notes on the fly
Cons:Would love to see more functionalities so I can move more of my work onto one single tool

There are lots of apps like these and everyone use what works fine for them but i can say taskade is easy one of the best or even the best in this category. I started using the product from early stage and it was brilliant. I even ditched trello and used Taskade. The templates they have are winning and makes it easy to onboard and just start. Less is more, use Taskade.

Seems impossible to import existing documents, notes, etc. from (for example) Dropbox Paper. Everything pasted into Taskade is made into checklists. A use case they had not considered?

There appears to be no support for creating a link in Taskade. So, I can't reference web documents, or web sites.
@stowe_boyd Thanks Stowe, this is now possible and you can use "@" to create internal web of project links inside Taskade. You can also select text to create an external hyperlink to other websites.
