This is indeed a big pain point - why users bounce... I've checked out Feedbee website, but it doesn't explain how it will work. When will website visitors see this question pop up? What are the customization options (like to show different messages to registered and not registered users, when to show the message, not to show it twice to the same visitor, etc.)?
