Congrats on the launch! Really clean, informative reports. I'm curious how these can be customized? For example, if a client already has a major investment in an infra provider, etc.

@pigpen Hi Jon, thank you! If you're in strategic advisory and consulting, we have a special service catered for that and I would love to talk more. To answer your question: Let's say your client is evaluating monitoring solutions and has a heavy investment in AWS; the questionnaire and tables will prioritize features and dimensions that increase the likelihood that it integrates well with AWS native products. There are ways to also tilt the scale in favor of AWS native solutions and make that transparent to the user. These reports are super customizable, and if there's a data point you want that we don't have (rare, but it happens), our network of analysts can turn that around in just a few days and get it added to your report.

@mashy so we're staying on top of changelogs, news, etc., and have a direct line to most vendors who provide us with updates. Everything is also expert-verified, so the analysts we work with also have a good grasp of the ecosystems as they evolve.
