@ricardo_luz AI is already much less biased than the average human(thanks to OpenAI-s aligning efforts).
In terms of handling nuances and soft skills - I believe that's where it shines because GPT4 can really understand the context of the entire CV and job description, which makes it perfect for matching. Although, a CV is not enough for assessing personality and cultural fit, which is why we are developing an AI interview chatbot. The early tests show great potential for the chatbot to capture information and insights that are not available on CV-ls.
