Hey There! This is Kate, Take Care founder :) Just wanted to tell you a little bit more about us and the product 🤓 💪 😍 We are a team of 4 🖖 (Kasia, Kasia vol.2, Arek, Marcin) based in Warsaw and we are currently building Take Care together. We started working on the software with the vision of creating the most personalized relationships between companies and their customers. We've seen that every company has to deal with loads of data - all the customers’ requests coming from different communication channels such as Facebook comments + Instagram activities + e-mails + tweets etc, - that’s a lot of Customer Care they must deal with, EVERY SINGLE DAY! 😅 We thought it would be super useful for them to have it gathered on one dashboard. Especially if we could match it with the other data they have (coming from e-commerce platform, CRM etc) and create a 360 degree view of each customer who gets in touch with them. AND if we could implement few algorithms to give these companies really useful insights like buying predictions for each of products/customers, sentiments, influencer score… 💆‍♀️ 💆‍♂️ That’s how Take Care was born :) We would love you guys to take a look at our tool, that will be ready in a couple of days!
