@vittorio_banfi That's very cool. How do you plan to make this financially sustainable? I am asking since all the products I have used on this vertical have shut down, leaving me without an alternative and wasting all the investment I had made in customisation. Example? Nuzzel
@livmkk it's great to hear your thoughts! We've been thinking about your question quite a lot. We think that understanding the news is a big problem for a lot of people, and getting bigger every day. If we can solve it at scale we will unlock a lot of value - a lot more than traditional news reader apps
@vittorio_banfi the news feed is filled with US news. I'm not American and I didn't select any topics about the US. Does the algorithm have a US bias?

@seanlewin yes it does, by default. You can tweak the publications and tailor the selection to what you prefer

Having seen the evolution of Tailor from the get go I’m so proud of Vittorio and Emanuele for what they’ve built and the experience they created for the user. Incredible product!
Can you share some hints on the future roadmap?
@federico_nitidi2 Thank you! We are working on a debunking feature - Tailor can help you figure out if a piece of content is misleading, fake, generated, and so on. We plan to release debunking in 3 weeks or so!
Have been following this for a while, excited to see if finally launch on ProductHunt -- the idea of tailored podcasts is utterly fascinating to me!
@shanewen good question. It depends on the topics you selected. If we've never seen them, it may take up to 4 minutes. If it did not happen, drop me an email at info [at] tailor.news and we will look into it!
@vittorio_banfi I selected Ux Design, Artificial Intelligence, Startups and Technology from the list and there's still no news after coming back.
The value of this would have increased significantly if you offered an embedded SDK

@vittorio_banfi I offer a startup line of credit to, well, startups but I try offering more value with perks/deals, building a community and having this AI news feed in my own app would make it more lively and present VC and startup news to my users
