The Israeli settlements I cite below are on Palestine, that is, land recognized by the US and UN as Palestine. This is straight form Wikipedia: As of January 2023, there are 144 Israeli settlements in the West Bank, including 12 in East Jerusalem.[17] There are over 100 Israeli illegal outposts in the West Bank. In total, over 450,000 Israeli settlers live in the West Bank excluding East Jerusalem, with an additional 220,000 Jewish settlers residing in East Jerusalem. So yes, Israel is creating illegal settlements in occupied territory and wiping out the native Palestinian population by evicting them, denying them building permits, and controlling freedom of movement to an extreme degree for those unfortunate enough to be born non-Jewish. Hence why international organizations recognize it as an apartheid state.

I wrote: I cannot in good conscience say "I stand with Israel" because it is an apartheid state (not my words, Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International). I stand with the innocent Israeli victims of the attacks only. Both sides claim to not target civilians, but civilians are still killed in the crossfire. What is the difference between Israel and Palestine then? Oh right, Israel is performing ethnic cleansing through settler colonialism by installing Israeli settlements in land that is considered occupied by both the US and the UN and wiping out the indigenous Palestinian people by denying them building permits, denying them freedom of transportation and destroying their homes. Their only crime was to be born non-Jewish. Additional commentary: by saying you "Stand with Israel", you are encouraging the support of a fascist apartheid state that has a far-right government that has made blood-curdlingly hateful statements against Palestinians. Many Israelis bravely stood up against such a hateful Israeli government and got a little taste of what Palestinians face every day. You are garnering support for a state that is now gearing up to exact revenge. It's told 1.1 million Gazans to leave or else face death. It's cut off food, electricity and water (even water!) for 2.4 million people. That is tantamount to ethnic cleansing. It's the second Nakba.

Neither I nor you can say anything for sure about the positions of the militants, especially now in the information war, when every 2nd news from both sides is an attempt to justify actions. White phosphorus bombs from Israel. Use of civilian buildings for shield from Hamas, etc. What is the truth? We must mute media propaganda for a while. No one adequately supports the actions of Hamas, but you know well that the reason for these terrible actions can be perfectly understood if you look at the history of this region and the number of deaths. And I repeat once again, understanding and recognizing these reasons does NOT in any way justify cruelty on either side, neither on the part of Hamas nor on the part of Israel. Everything is subject to explanation. Although my point of view is peace over the heads of all innocent people, but as a person who has gone deep, I can say that right now the normal Palestinians have no water, no electricity, no gas. These are incredibly bad conditions, imagine how they’re living right now, especially with small children. Is it wise to be against these people in ANY way? Of course not. Right now they need more protection and support. That’s exactly why I stand with innocent Palestinian civilians, millions of children, mothers and fathers from defenseless families.

The only reason why this war has been going on for 70+ years is because a country called Palestine was removed and erased from World Map. First with the help of Britain, then Israel itself with more funding. Open Google Maps and take a look. The only way to resolve this issue without destruction and cruelty is to give freedom to the people and create for them the state of Palestine, NEXT to Israel. Nobody adequate is expelling Jews. This is why everyone writes Free Palestine, including me. Think about it. Put yourself in their shoes.

@j_swell1 I heard a story that they asked all the people to move south to a safe place and then started bombing that safe route with people. This may not be true, but it may also be true. Atrocities, this news makes me sick.

Others have commented on its lack of technical substance as an actual product and others have noticed it's rather a way to shoehorn in a political position—a position given the geopolitical context, I find very dangerous. Why? While I do mourn the loss of innocent life Israel suffered, the only result of "standing with Israel" now is garnering support for a massive ethnic cleansing of Gaza—a second Nakba. Is giving 1.1 million Gazans 24 hours notice to evacuate or else face death, and cutting off water, electricity and food for 2.4 million Gazans really the actions of a state you want to support by "Standing with Israel"? I only stand with the people of Israel who suffered the horrific actions. I do not stand with the apartheid state of Israel (as defined by Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International), nor do I stand with the extreme right-wing government, which puts their Arab neighbors to shame with their official genocidal rhetoric—and with the capability to execute the genocide.

Yesterday Israel used MK-84 bombs on Palestinian hospitals, killing and injuring nearly 2,000 people, and this product is still available on ProductHunt. SHAME !

@meerorslava Do you know how many times Hamas has failed to launch rockets? The IDF says Hamas has failed more than 400 times this year, but there have been no reports of injuries (I think maybe a few). But the problem is do you know how much damage a small missile can do and how much damage a JDAM can do? A homemade rocket from Hamas does not cause much damage, otherwise the number of Israelis injured and killed in recent times would be much greater. What about the bombing of the Palestinian hospital? There were many (accurate reported figures are about 500 people), and Hamas does not have weapons that cause such great damage.
