Congrats on the launch! Spokk looks like a game-changer for small businesses. How do you handle different platforms like Google, Yelp, etc. to collect reviews?
Hey @ihuzaifashoukat, we let you create one feedback form template and assign it to each location of your business. In addition to it, you can assign a link of your choice (it can be any platform or link) as the final destination for each location. So basically, the business will assign individual review platform links (Google, Yelp, etc.) for each location. Let me know if you have any other ideas to do this better :)
Finally a solution for those 'great service!' in-person comments that never make it online 😅 Been helping small businesses with their digital presence and it's always the same story - happy customers who forget to leave reviews the second they walk out. Love that you can turn feedback into actual reviews... quick question though - how does it handle multi-location businesses? Got a client with 3 cafes who's going nuts trying to manage reviews across different spots.
@thealisoneyo yea haha. Regarding your client, my best recommendation for handling reviews from multiple locations would be to integrate some sort of Reputation Management software with AI replies. This would help you manage and reply to reviews quickly as well as get some insights and summaries for your reviews. I want to implement reputation management for Spokk as well, but we are not quite there yet.
For collecting reviews, we made a stripped down version of Spokk called CreateAi.Review (https://www.createai.review). How this works is once you share your unique link with your customer, your customer can answer a few questions of your choice. Once complete, an AI review draft will be generated using the answers given.
This means the review will be personalized and will also solve two major problems for the review writer
1. Their time is saved.
2. They don't have to think about what to write.
