Spoke is the priority inbox for product teams that reduces information overload, prioritizes work, gives instant context and augments core workflows using AI
๐ Dear ProductHunt community,
We're excited to share our next product with you: the Priority Inbox for Product Builders!
After launching our MVP (customizable, scheduled summaries for Slack) earlier this year, we've learned so much from our beta community. Seeing the diversity of use cases and feedback was initially overwhelming but gave us the opportunity to better understand how AI can improve communication and core workflows in different teams.
We're now taking the next step, beyond Slack, to support your communication and workflows across flexible user interfaces including our new widget and desktop app for mac.
Our goal is to build a user experience that works out of the box (no complex Zapier-style setup ๐ ๏ธ) and yet is tailored to the individual user's preferences. AI-powered features like prioritization, summarization and generating tickets, product specs or acceptance criteria need to pass a high quality bar to really add value to your workflows.
With the Priority Inbox, we're taking the first step towards supporting your work across your favourite tools like Slack, Notion, Linear, Figma & Miro. Enabling you to filter & prioritize your communication is a great starting point for a more focused way of working ๐ง
We're officially launching our private beta today and are so excited to get your feedback ๐
The first 250 people to sign up today will get priority onboarding ๐
@alexanderptitsyn thanks! Not yet, currently we're focused on desktop app + widget + embedded in other tools (like Slack). Will keep this in mind though ๐
It has been amazing designing such an interesting product that aims to solve the big problem of noisy workflows alongside @fulyalisa ๐
We hope you'll have a great experience using the Priority Inbox and looking forward to your questions and feedback!
So excited to share what we've built with the product hunt community ๐ I am happy to answer any questions anyone has on the AI behind the Priority Inbox ๐ค
From the first AI stuff that we built together at N26, through early iterations with Spoke, and now to get here: It's been a lot of fun fooling around with AI with you @grainne_mcknight !
Super exciting to see this come to live after a lot of hard work around infrastructure, data privacy & security, and becoming SOC 2 compliant ๐ช
Very hyped for more user feedback to keep chipping away at creating peace of mind for product & engineering leaders ๐ (and solving fun NLP challenges such as dialogue disentanglement, coreference resolution / attribution, and finding the perfect level of granularity for our summaries ๐ค)
Hey community,
Very happy to finally see the results of the work done by team presented here on ProductHunt! Our front-end part of the team worked especially hard to bring the Priority Inbox experience to the desktop realm and hopefully you'll enjoy every minute of using it, now with native notifications and being able to view all your conversations and tools directly through the Inbox!
Would be happy to answer any questions on the front-end side of things!
So excited to share what the team has been building in the past weeks!! ๐
We are all flooded with notifications on a daily basis. Being part of building a tool that helps people gain back their focus and gives them peace of mind is simply amazing ๐คฉ
Congrats on the launch!
After scrolling around on the landing a bit, I want to use the analogy of...SuperHuman but for Product Managers? (At risk of simplifying too much haha)
Congrats again :)
@esus you're not far off! But instead of just building a better email experience for PMs, our goal is to support complex workflows in Product & Engineering end-to-end across your favourite tools :)
looks great!
will be super cool if we have for twitter, instagram, discord and linkedin hahaha
somehow a true one-stop workspace to organize everything, and even craft out response (with AI hopefully and with similar setting given as context)
@josooba_at_fabrie thanks! We're very much focused on internal communication across tools & workflows like Slack, Jira, Notion, Miro etc. but might look into external communication in the future as well
Congratulations on launching the private beta, Max, I'm excited to see how this AI-powered Priority Inbox will streamline and prioritize workflows for product teams.
Huge congrats on the launch! Looks great and itโs honestly so easy to get lost in tons of notifications that using something like spoke can be game changing to tame the notifications hell
The motivation to build often comes from past experiences.
At N26, the product management job became 10x harder as the company scaled simply because of all the information across the different tools that we were using.
I had to be everywhere at once but there was no way of staying on top of it all. I always felt bad that I wasn't on top of things but the truth is that it was impossible.
With Spoke, I feel that we've built something that can genuinely solve this problem.
It can make you a better PM but maybe more importantly, it can reduce feeling of being overwhelmed that people face every day โฅ๏ธ
Congrats on the launch! Seems very interesting, even the previous MVP version :)
What are some of the top integrations (tools) you are planning to add to your product?
@andrijana_brkic thank you for your feedback! The core tool stack we're focused on today is Slack + Jira/Linear + Notion/Confluence + Miro + Figma. We're building a flexible solution though, that will soon let you connect many more tools
the pace and quality with which you execute and innovate is rare!
Team Spoke, thank you for protect my focus and helping me get through my day. Can't wait for more ๐
@frdrchrth Thank you for the kind words! We'll make sure to keep up the speed and serve you with high quality a tool that's solving your daily challenges ๐
the mvp of spoke was cool, but didn't really add anything to my workflow being in a small company with not too many slack messages. but priority inbox changes all of that. must-have.
Hey @malkielfalcone, Spoke works well in any organisation that uses multiple tools (e.g. Slack, Jira/Linear, Confluence/Notion, Figma/Miro, etc.).
It's typically larger organisations (100+ people) where it gets particularly challenging for teams. It can still create a lot of value for companies like in your stage at Skinive, though!
Congratulations on the launch! The product seems awesome. Curious about the potential it has to change the way we currently handle our workflows and prioritize our todos.
