Spoke — Your best meeting companion on Zoom, Teams, and Meet

We started Spoke 2 years ago here on Product Hunt and are excited to be back! My co-founders and started with this simple idea: why does the material from all our conversations simply disappear? When it could be used for better communication, training, client follow-up - and much more! I've been using Spoke since Nov 2021 and it's been a MASSIVE time saver for me, but also a value add for clients because I can send them recordings of our meetings with highlights / a full transcript / additional notes. I run a financial advice business, so I use Spoke to record all of my meetings for record keeping purposes + to send clients a recpa of our meetings. I also use Spoke to do screen recordings that are transcribed for clients. I'm also able to use Spoke for marketing videos to get them transcribed efficiently and accurately. When I started using Spoke, I had to manually enter the URL to join the meeting, which I sometimes forgot, but now that it integrates with my Google Calendar, it automatically joins all of my meetings (whether it's Zoom, Teams or Meet) regardless of whether I set up the meeting or was invited; as long as there's a link to a meeting, Spoke will pick it up and automatically join. Another thing I love about the Calendar is the fact it joins webinars for me as well, so I can go back and simply read the transcribe and skip through the fluff / highlight the key takeaways. Last night I added a note into the meeting summary for the first time to correct something I said during the video that needed clarification. I can't speak highly enough of Spoke. Seriously, this has changed my life.

Spoke is one of my all-time favorite purchases. It has been a massive time saver and has allowed me to build deeper relationships with my contacts. I also really enjoyed meeting the team at CES and hearing the exciting plans they have for the product.

Spoke is great for recording meetings or other videos with automated transcription - whether using Zoom or other tools. My team loves the ability to tag, edit, and share the transcripts or transcripts + video, making important highlights of conversations simple to capture and share. The team's knowledge sharing and productivity has been improved by using Spoke.

I use spoke several times per week since over half year to capture, structure, and share expert interviews. I love how easy it is to just paste a meeting link into spoke and it creates an almost perfect transcript that I can edit quickly. The team is shipping new feature regularly while maintaining a stable and reliable product.

We use it for our daily meetings, it makes us gain so much time by automating reports. Awesome, I recommend strongly!

Love Spoke, it's one of the indispensable apps in my digital tookit. Before Spoke, I had videos that never got to see the light of day because I was too busy to take notes/summarise. Very much looking forward to the AI Summarisation feature, it'll save me a lot of time and effort even more.

Congratulations on the launch @lazare_rossillon! I've been using this for recording all of my meetings and it has saved me countless times. I've seen the product continuously grow over time and it only keeps getting better! The UI is amazing, the UX is even better, and the team behind it is phenomenal. I've been using this product for well over a year, it does an excellent job, and continues to improve over time -- every few months there is an updated release. This is not going away, and I'm very glad for that!

I've been using Spoke for over a year now and I never start a meeting without it! Being able to search through a meeting to find the exact content I want to review, highlight specific elements during the meeting, to review later, so I'm never taken out of the flow of a conversation, and automatic high-quality transcription are just a few of the many reasons I've come to love and depend on Spoke every day.

Yes, there are a few products on the market like Spoke, but very few support every platform where I do business. Also, I love how @lazare_rossillon and his team are constantly innovating the product.

Spoke is a game changer in my prospection and my operations management ! It directly integrates with Zoom and my calendar, and allows me especially two things that I just find amazing : ✅ Get a summary of my call with my prospect, so I can remember exactly what we said, even if our next call is in weeks. You can create TON of value out of this, show how professional you are by not being this "huh can you remember what we said last time about this subject ?" guy, and if you really care about people (not just pretending), really deepen your relation with your prospects. Just asking your prospect if he succeeded with the specific business issue he was facing 3 weeks ago and for which he worried, or if his kid has recovered well is just making people really feeling heard and considered as humans (which sadly is pretty rare in business) Also great to create and maintain amazing relations with partners or customers. ✅ Send a summary of our call to my partners, prospects or customers, in a few minutes. This one is amazingly professional and serious, and people feel it deeply. You just stand out of the crowd, and it's the kind of thing that make people want to keep working with you. Why ? Cause nobody want to do the meeting reports, it's time consuming, boring, and most people will never read or open it, even if we all know how precious they could be to follow the evolution of a project for example. So by doing so without even discussing or negotiating, you are just the "I do boring tasks that nobody want to do because I am a doer, I work in an efficient way, and I service the projects and the others in the best way possible" guy. How good does it sounds ? Pretty good right ? And I swear you will instantly feel it deep in you, and in the way people communicate with you and treat you, that the way they are considering you just completely changed, just by sending meeting reports you edit in 2 minutes. Well, of course, if you're also efficient in the other aspects of your job, otherwise will not work as well I guess 😅 To resume, I started using Spoke in the first place to help me on the following of a project, due I guess to some traumas of my "Please do the meeting report, inteeeern !" internships (really hard times back there ! 🫥), but I found in Spoke a tool that brought me far beyond what I expected, and that helped me getting ton of results and benefits, for some which I didn't even planned or thought about. Just love it, and I'm 100% sure if you give it a try you will too !
