@productcreator @steven_wang_0804 sure man. We have custom templates for different meetings. For example, the user interview template focuses on the participants answers and looks for product insights. The stand up template looks for what people are working on and if they are blocked.
Sections can be customized base on what you need.
We've been loving the summaries. I especially enjoy the ability to ask Spinach a question. Keep up the good work!

I'm curious about how Spinach AI handles meetings with multiple speakers or heavy accents. Does it have ways to distinguish between different voices?
How does it prioritize what information to include in the meeting notes?

@kyrylosilin I'm surprised by how well it handles accents. On the speakers - it can distinguish everyone but groups people that are logged in together (e.g on a single zoom in a room)

How does it handle sensitive information? I'm interested in learning more about how encryption and security work, especially when dealing with confidential meetings.
@salamatu_abdullahi Couple things - You have the ability to pause spinach so that it doesn't capture sensitive information. You can also delete sensitive info discussed. Everything is industry best practices for data retention, security and encryption.

@daniel_xpo For sure...We're building with an agent-first approach. It start with having an interactive agent in the meeting and following up on tickets and action items and summaries. Otter is really more about summaries. We are also focused on custom templates for different meeting types.
