Hey, I'm curious about how Spinach AI handles meetings with multiple speakers or heavy accents. Does it have ways to distinguish between different voices? How does it prioritize what information to include in the meeting notes? Congrats on the launch!

@kyrylosilin I'm surprised by how well it handles accents. On the speakers - it can distinguish everyone but groups people that are logged in together (e.g on a single zoom in a room)

@productcreator @steven_wang_0804 sure man. We have custom templates for different meetings. For example, the user interview template focuses on the participants answers and looks for product insights. The stand up template looks for what people are working on and if they are blocked. Sections can be customized base on what you need.

I got to see Spinach.ai in action at Nashville Product Meetup with Katie Merth. It was really cool to get to dig deep into the product and awesome to learn more about what your team is solving. The biggest pain point about meeting note taking and AI for me is actually going back and fetching specific information. I think this product does a good job of getting the correct information in front of you at the right time and that's very needed.

@daniel_xpo For sure...We're building with an agent-first approach. It start with having an interactive agent in the meeting and following up on tickets and action items and summaries. Otter is really more about summaries. We are also focused on custom templates for different meeting types.

@salamatu_abdullahi Couple things - You have the ability to pause spinach so that it doesn't capture sensitive information. You can also delete sensitive info discussed. Everything is industry best practices for data retention, security and encryption.
