I got their lifetime deal from AppSumo a while back for $39 and, even though it was a new platform with some bugs, I liked it. I decided to hold onto it and see where it went. A few months ago I learned that they had deactivated the lifetime account that I wasn't using but logging into from time to time. I reached out to them to find out what happened. There was no response for weeks. Finally, after involving AppSumo, they responded that it was a violation of their terms and conditions, didn't explain how (since I wasn't using the account) and said that the account would not be reinstated. No explanation, no warning, nothing. Just pulled the account and kept my money. Turns out that if you leave them anything less than a 5 start review, they deactivate your account out of spite. This is not only petty but unprofessional. A company that does not adhere to the agreements and deal they make is untrustworthy. I'd be very careful about using these guys. If they'll do it to some, they'll to it to all. ps, they love the fake reviews. Their original PH page was full of them. This likely has some too.

Have only had the opportunity to experiment with the free tier, but can see the value in using this as a way to draw inspiration when preparing social content.

Would be great to filter brands by thresholds e.g. follower counts - allowing you to compare engagement with more localised competitors.

Looks good can't wait to see it progress into something more. Really love the content performance metrics. By the way make sure your logo (social insider) for your site sends the viewer back to the home page and not to a 404 page.
