Slite + Excalidraw — Add sketches to all your docs, wiki, notes and projects
Slite, the collaborative workspace for your team's documents, notes, wiki just got a bit better by letting you draw and sketch right into it ✨🧑🎨
We did so by integrating with Excalidraw, one of the best open source sketching tool out there.

With Slite we are trying to build the simplest workspace for teams to collaborate and organise all their info in one place.
And since we say "all" info, we need to give the right tools to do so.
Slite made it possible to embed google sheets, docs, figma links, integrate deeply with product management tools, to add tables and advanced smart tables to hold all type data, and much more.
Now it also allow for sketching, straight into your editor!
Over the years we've integrated with LucidChart and Draw.io, but we were never fully satisfied.
In 2020 we fell in love with Excalidraw, an amazing open source sketching tool, and I believe we're not the only one.
The tool strikes the right balance of features and simplicity, what we've always strived for with Slite.
So we're super happy to announce that Excalidraw is now fully integrated inside Slite. Check out the video for more details - there are a lot of them - and let us know what you think 🙏

We don't have that atm, but it's a good question... I do like the Saas model of recurring billing: it ties the interest of the user, who can leave at any time, to those of the creator, that need to keep improving and delivering a better product (hence this PH launch!)
