I’m Rahul, co-founder of Sleepedy. We are so excited to share the new iteration of Sleepedy with the community.
A quick reminder of what Sleepedy is: Sleepedy is an iOS app that delivers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) -- we track your sleep and provide personalized insights and coaching.
To build therapeutic alliance and trust, a human sleep coach is paired with you to accompany you through the sleep program.
At our core, we want to help people sleep better - without having to take sleeping pills like Ambien, Xanax, etc. - by making non-invasive sleep therapy available on a smartphone.
Sleepedy now seamlessly integrates with wearables like the Apple Watch and Oura Ring to automatically track your sleep (and don’t worry, we lend you an Apple Watch if you don’t have one 🙂).

@benoit_chambon Hey! Only your coach can view your data., we are pretty serious about privacy and are currently working towards HIPAA compliance.
This is a great product, thank your building it! Will I be able to talk with a sleep coach do discuss my progress, and can they help me make improvements based on the sleep data that the app collects?

I’ve been using Sleepedy for the past couple months and have already seen massive improvements in my sleep. I didn’t think I ever needed anything like this until I decided to give it a shot. The combination of the app guiding and measuring my sleep through consistent routine while including a personal sleep coach along the way has been a game changer.
