Interesting idea. Love the concept of being able to draw on images posted in slack. I went to signup for Annotate but it signed me up for slater instead? Is annotate launched or coming down the road?

It's there, just just have to activate it in the User Settings. We're working on making that clearer since the interface is pretty straight forward after that.
You get a link below the image that get posted and that's it.

@markhazlett @jonathant Yes! As soon as you're logged in head on over to Slack and you'll see that all uploaded images will have an "Annotate" link. Here's a screenshot of the settings: http://note.io/1xmG66t
