Was wondering if the app is suitable for those who exclusively use bodyweight and resistance bands?
I'm loving SHRED! It's so convenient to have my workouts planned for me. I could probably do it myself, but I find that I push myself harder when the app is telling me what to do vs myself. My wife has noticed the progress I've made in the past few months. I've tried some of the other workout apps out there, but their workouts were too easy and I didn't push me as hard as I needed.

@trippbarre88853 Hi Tripp - so the systems all work around what we think will be the most optimal workout for you. This includes information like your available equipment, desired goals, gender, etc. From there, you can move between the different Training Styles we offer for each coach without getting off track.
