After being a fractional CFO for 3 years and interviewing over 300 other fractional executives, it's clear to me that working fractionally is the future for executives. So what does "fractional work" mean? It's when someone fills a set role within a company but works <20 hours per week in that role. It's pretty much part-time work with a new name, and startups and executives are loving it. The problem is that the only way for executives to gain new clients is through networking. Our approach to redesign involved collecting hundreds of feedback from our users and community through LinkedIn, Twitter, Slack, ODX, and more! We also personally interviewed numerous executives and founders to create a platform to satisfy each user needs. We appreciate everyone that has been with us since v1 and their valuable comments and suggestions and hope to keep improving. ❤️ Working tirelessly on this launch has been a roller coaster but we are so excited to keep growing, learning, and helping startups and fractional execs shake up the tech world with not only our platform but our unique and refreshing concept to fractional work!

Needing expertise in multiple fields and not being able to afford to onboard expert for each had been a significant painpoint for my startup. This'll solve like 30% of our problems

Really smart idea - when you need a fractional exec having a single place to look makes a ton of sense!
