I've worked in startups my whole career -- I was an advisor at Y Combinator and helped hundreds of companies launch HERE on product hunt. I was in house CMO and head of product at YC startups... but now have my own startup: Shelpful ---> This is the service I needed for YEARS. It didn't exist, so we made it. I was at the end of my rope one day after feeling like I gave everything to work, and my family, and my dog... and nothing for ME was getting done. Everything was falling off my list -- Appointments, errands, basic self-care (๐ŸŒปfresh air, โ˜€๏ธ sunshine, ๐Ÿ‘Ÿmovement, ๐Ÿ™†โ€โ™€๏ธ stretching,๐Ÿ““ journaling). The combo of parenting, working, 2020 shenanigans and my undiagnosed ADHD were crushing me. I stayed up super late and put up a site... building a simple MVP for shelpful (first letters of my name, sharon + helpful). I called my friend Lydia to run it past her -- and she "got it" immediately, she said i HAD to make this. She pushed me off the cliff and I pulled her with me. We launched the next week to a **waitlist** (we don't have a waitlist anymore!). Then, we were joined by a former co-worker of mine, Chris. And we 3 are so passionate about helping people feel more supported and successful every day. ๐Ÿ™Œ We have our most popular service -- a 1-on-1 shelper ๐Ÿ’ฌ to support you like a hype-person and strategist in your pocket. Our Shelpful Groups are taking off, and we also have habit coaching and workshops to help you get going. Ask any questions, give us your feedback! We are here for it!

Iโ€™ve been participating in an accountability group where we check each week and see how weโ€™ve progressed. About a month and a half ago we added Shelper as a means of being even more accountable. Our Shelper (hi Shelly) texts us 3-5 times a day checking in with us motivating us and holding us accountable. With Shelpful my other accountability partners and I have seen massive changes in our businesses and lives. On a personal level Iโ€™ve been able to get rid of literally tons of stuff (emptied out a storage unit weโ€™d had since the 90s, got rid of 4 cars, and cleared out a bunch of other stuff Iโ€™d been holding onto) and on a business level Shelly has kept me on track with my goals and has helped me focus and systematize so Iโ€™ve added 5 people to my team already! I highly recommend Shelpful to anyone who is looking for that extra oomph to get them motivated and taking action.
