Why we built an AI that picks up the phone for you

1
We didn’t set out to build a voice AI.
We just noticed a pattern:
Great companies real estate agencies, service providers, and sales teams were losing leads daily for one simple reason.

They weren’t answering fast enough.

2
Most businesses get back to leads hours later (if at all).
By then, the lead’s moved on.
And it’s not because the team is bad at their job it’s just too much to keep up with.

Calls come in during off hours.
Follow-ups get forgotten.
Sales reps get overwhelmed.

3
We asked ourselves:
What if an AI could step in and help?
Not a chatbot, not a form but something that could speak, understand, and respond like a real person… on the phone.

That’s where the idea for Olleh.ai started.

4
The vision was simple:
An AI that could handle inbound & outbound voice calls, qualify leads, book meetings, and follow up instantly — like the perfect sales assistant.

But the execution? Not so simple.

5
Voice is hard.
It’s messy, emotional, full of nuance.

We had to build:

  • A voice that sounded natural and human

  • Logic to understand different sales flows

  • Integrations with calendars, CRMs, and lead forms

  • Custom scripts for different industries

6
We started with real estate and construction, where response speed is everything.
But soon, we found demand in other areas too:

  • Healthcare clinics

  • Legal offices

  • Auto dealerships

  • Education, finance, even SaaS

Everywhere we looked, the problem was the same:
Too many leads, not enough bandwidth.

7
Olleh doesn’t replace your team.
It backs them up — by making sure every lead gets attention, even when your team can’t respond right away.

It’s not perfect yet. But it’s learning fast.
And it’s already saving teams hours every day.

8
If you’re a builder working on AI, voice tech, or B2B problems — would love to connect, swap stories, and hear how you’re approaching it.

And if you’re a business drowning in missed leads… Olleh might be worth a look.
