We're launching Crowd 2.0 tomorrow and I'm honestly nervous

After months of rebuilding our product from scratch, we're finally ready to show the world what we've been working on.

The problem we're solving: Product teams are drowning in analytics tools. Google Analytics for traffic, Hotjar for recordings, Mixpanel for events, Typeform for surveys, Intercom for support. Sound familiar?

What we built: One platform that gives you the complete customer picture. All your user data, behavior tracking, feedback, and insights in one place. Plus AI that actually makes sense of it all without needing a data science degree.

Why we're excited: Early users are solving problems in hours that used to take them weeks. Like figuring out why trial conversions dropped or where users get confused in onboarding.

Why I'm nervous: Because we've poured everything into this rebuild and tomorrow we find out if other makers face the same frustrations we do.

If you've ever felt like you're spending more time switching between analytics dashboards than actually improving your product, Crowd 2.0 might be for you.

Would love your support tomorrow if this resonates with you!

And honestly, even if you don't need what we've built, any feedback or thoughts would mean the world to us.

Anyone else launching soon? The pre-launch anxiety is real...

Congratulations on the launch of Crowd 2.0! It sounds like a fantastic solution for product teams overwhelmed by scattered data. NPS can play a pivotal role here, offering direct insights into user satisfaction and pinpointing areas for improvement here. It can help you understand the "why" behind user behavior, making it easier to act on feedback and enhance the overall experience. Maybe you need to check that out!
