We quietly launched baloon.dev… and now it’s become an AI Jira Agent. Here’s what’s new 🚀

A few weeks ago, we launched baloon.dev - an AI tool that could make real UI changes to your GitHub repo using prompts.

Since then, we’ve completely evolved the core experience and gone level next!

Now, Baloon works as an AI agent inside your Jira board and actually ships real code.

Here’s what’s new in this version:

🪄 Assign a Jira ticket to Baloon Bot

✅ It generates the code

✅ Pushes a GitHub PR

✅ Creates a live preview sandbox

✅ And gives you a Baloon Project link to iterate further via prompts

We’ve focused on React (Chakra, Tailwind) workflows, and made the flow 10x faster and more magical.
