Vox Match

Hey Product Hunt — We're planning on launching Vox Match soon, a voice‑first social app where your voice is your superpower. Instead of feeds full of filtered photos and performative posts, Vox Match is built around 90‑second audio posts that let you show up as your real self. You record in one take, share a moment, and connect with people who resonate with your tone, perspective, and energy.

We built Vox Match because modern social can feel noisy and superficial. Endless swiping, endless texting, and not enough human connection. Voice/Audio centric changes that. It carries nuance — humor, confidence, warmth — in a way text can’t. On Vox Match, you hit record, respond to simple daily prompts, and discover people through conversations that actually go somewhere.

Using Vox Match feels familiar but refreshingly different. You can jump into daily voice challenges that spark real talk, scroll a feed of authentic moments, reply with your own voice reactions, and build a profile that highlights who you are beyond a bio. Everything is designed to make recording quick, listening effortless, and connecting natural.

Matching on VoxMatch is smarter than “who liked what.” We combine voice characteristics, interests, and behavior to suggest people you’ll genuinely vibe with. The goal isn’t to maximize screen time — it’s to help you find conversations that feel easy and meaningful or just posting anything you're doing in the moment. We believe that HEAVY algorithms like Instagram or TikTok, does no good because it's TOO aggressive in their approach on "personalization."

Under the hood, VoxMatch is a native iOS app built with SwiftUI and Firebase for a smooth, real‑time experience. Visual details matter too — every voice drop is paired with a theme‑aware visualization that frankly are still in progress, but hopefully looks as good as it sounds, and verified voices help keep interactions authentic and safe.
