We built Loopado because collecting feedback is one thing, but turning it into something useful feels like a full-time job. We wanted something that acts like a smart assistant, organizing feedback in a way that helps teams move faster

The problem we are solving

Reviews are spread across platforms like Trustpilot, support tickets, and app stores. Different teams create separate reports, leading to wasted valuable time, delays, and incomplete insights. There’s no single place to manage and analyze all reviews together.

Our solution

Loopado AI is a generative AI, that connects all customer feedback from app stores into one place. Product managers can ask any question about reviews, and Loopado instantly analyzes the data, creates graphs, highlights key insights, and suggests action points.
