Launching my first Product Hunt project next week (at 13!) – Icon Lab, an AI app icon generator

Hey everyone! 👋

Next Tuesday, I’m launching my first project on Product Hunt: Icon Lab, an AI-powered app icon generator I built because I hit a problem that so many indie developers face.

Coding my iOS app was the easy part. Then I got to the app icon. I tried designing one myself, and it looked like something drawn with crayons. I tried AI image tools, but they didn’t give me clean, simple, App Store-ready icons. Hiring a designer wasn’t an option—too expensive and slow.

So I built Icon Lab:

1. Type what kind of icon you want

2. Pick a style

3. Get a clean, export-ready icon in under a minute

4. Download all the formats you need: iOS, Android, SVG and PNG export.
